Jobos beach is just down the hill from the house and takes about 7 minutes to get to. Jobos is where the locals go to hang out because there is a nice protected cove and the beach actually has a bunch of sand.  This is unlike many of the other beaches in PR which usually have very small areas of actual sand.  Jobos also has several beachside bars and restaurants to enjoy as well as a surfing school.  The wave itself can be very good but is usually crowded when it is.  Jobos is a great place to come if the wind speed increases to the point where the other breaks are blown out.  When this happens, you'll get this place to yourself and it can be very fun.
